You may use Spray only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your sign-in method and for providing accurate account information.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to Spray, including climbing logs, notes, images, and beta. By submitting content, you give us permission to host and process it as needed to operate the service.

You may not use Spray to violate the law, interfere with the service, access accounts you do not own, or upload harmful or abusive content.

We may suspend or terminate access to Spray if these terms are violated or if continued access would create security, legal, or operational risk.

Spray is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, Crux Beta Labs LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Spray.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Spray after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
